Chicken Tamales
(Cooking time for the tamales will be an hour so you will sip on House Wines and Margaritas while your dinner is cooking as these authentic Mexican tamales will be wrapped in corn husks and steamed in a large steamer.) All Ingredients are House made and freshly made. (Like salsa, lard & chicken)

Tamales are a very popular and traditional in Mexican households, come join chef Christina and listen to all her cooking secrets.
