Fresh Guacamole (GF) & Tortilla Chips
(The torillas chips will be provided.
You will learn to make traditional Mexican Guacamole.)
Chicken & Veggie with Queso Fresco and Jalapenos Tamales
(Cooking time for the tamales will be an hour so you will sip on Natalie's Estate Wines while your dinner is cooking as these authentic Mexican tamales will be wrapped in corn husks and steamed in a large steamer.)
Tamales are a very popular holiday dish for you to serve this Christmas season!
